During the same campaign, I took on a dual role as both a designer and a project manager, overseeing the creation and development of various assets for fundraising events. Managing contractors and negotiating with vendors, I ensured every element, from invitations, infographics and event websites to signage, was aligned with the campaign’s goals and branding. My work involved managing timelines, developing and maintaining design consistency, and delivering impactful solutions that enhanced the event experience and drove donor engagement.
